I found this on Facebook on 12/31 - the one major change I did for my health in 2013 and am continuing for 2014 - is ditch the caffeine! As I grew older my heart would always go into shimmers and shakes after my regular caffeine dose in the mornings......having loved coffee I couldn't totally give up. I now do plain decaf coffee and it's delish! I do not do black teas because I've found caffeine in teas so I do have to be careful.
