We awoke this morning to radio reports of as much as 2 to 6 inches of 'fluffy' on lawns within 50 miles of us. Looking outside, I felt relieved to see just the beautiful green grass, albeit 31 degrees tho! But the weather warmed, the sun shone thru and we put our seedlings in the cold frame. A quick peak at the rhubarb and we were ecstatic to see our rhubarb reappear for another wonderful summer of pies and cakes!

My grape hyacinths are blooming, as also the beautiful tender violets under the honeylocust. The tulips are almost ready to burst with beauty - just another day or so is all they ask! They have not been snowed on this year yet! WOO HOO!
